TERMS OF SERVICE: E-MAIL
It is the sole responsibility and duty of any private individual, any company, and any enterprise to read these terms of service prior to transmitting (hereafter defined as "sending") any electronic or physical communication to either the physical location of, or to any e-mail address on or concerning, SONDB.COM. Failure to read these terms of service does not set aside the financial obligations set forth within these terms of service.
All e-mail addresses on SONDB.COM are commercial e-mail accounts and are pay-for-support accounts, and are not private e-mail accounts. As such, any e-mail sent to any e-mail account on SONDB.COM is subject to an e-mail-processing fee. The current processing fee is $15.00 per individual occurrence. It is at the sole desecration of the webmaster and/or the owner of SONDB.COM whether or not to apply the processing fee and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
No e-mail account on this domain is ever used to sign-up for mailing lists, for membership programs, rewards programs, or any like kind service or courtesy. If a company, an enterprise, or an individual has obtained a listing of any kind or type that suggests or denotes that any e-mail address on SONDB.COM has requested addition to a mailing list, an e-mailing list, or any list that provokes an e-mail to any e-mail address of or to SONDB.COM is a fraudulent list, and is a fraudulent request. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or obtainer of said list, communication, or other, which contains an e-mail address at SONDB.COM to verify that said e-mail address listed has in fact been validly requested for addition - This prior to sending ANY e-mail other than a single confirmation request.
It is not the responsibility of the webmaster or owner of SONDB.COM to undertake the task of making remove requests, unsubscribe requests, or “opt outs”. It is the sole responsibility of the sender and/or originator of any e-mail to confirm the legitimacy of any request for addition of any e-mail address on SONBD.COM to any type of mailing list, subscription list, or e-mail service, prior to adding that e-mail address to said list or service, and prior to sending any e-mail to any e-mail address that contains SONDB.COM as the e-mail domain, other than a single confirmation request. If no response is sent to that confirmation request, that request will be considered to have been denied or declined and the e-mail address should not be added to any mailing list of any kind, both electronic and physical.
It is the sole responsibility of the owner(s) and/or operator(s) of the domain(s) which generates, sponsors, maintains, or benefits from a mailing list, a service, an e-mail, a hyperlink, or any other type of visual or physical communication, to pay the processing-fee regardless of how the communication was made, or how the destination e-mail address was obtained. If the destination e-mail address was obtained from a person, a service, or a mailing list of any kind or type, it is the sole responsibly of the obtainer of that e-mail address to seek restitution from the seller or provider of that e-mail address.
Failure to render prompt payment for the processing fee(s) will be grounds for either a claim filed in small claims court or civil court, and/or the debt will be turned over to a collection agency for further collection processing.
