Krista Errickson

To me, Krista Errickson was one of the prettiest girls in the world. She got more attractive to me as she got older. She also had a wonderful figure to go with that pretty face. I had a crush on her that is still active to this day. I can't help it; I am a hopeless romantic. *wink*.

I first noticed Krista on the McLean Stevenson (Henry Blake from MASH) show "Hello Larry". The show was a bomb, as were all of McLean's efforts after he left MASH. But it did have Krista and one of my all-time love interests Kim Richards in it, and for that alone I will always be grateful.

Krista went on to work in "Little Darlings" (1980) with Tatum O'Neal and Kristy McNichol and do some guest shots on loads of other TV shows. She did some serious work in TV movies and then did a really bad movie called "Jekyll & Hyde... Together Again" (1982) as Ivy.

The movie starred Mark Blankfield who got his toe in door by starring in "Fridays" from 1980. That show was a blatant rip-off of SNL... but Mark was funny in it. Still, the movie was NOT good. It was funny to some degree, and had Krista and Bess Armstrong in it... both looking and acting sexy as hell.

Later, Krista did some excellent nudity in a few films. But for some reason she decided to leave acting after making the film "Jailbait" in 1994. Perhaps it was because she saw her career going in a direction she did not want, or perhaps she was disenchanted with the movie roles she was being offered.

All I know is that we lost a really good actress, a really sexy actress, and one of the few non-surgically enhanced true beauties of our age. Pity. It is bad enough that I never got to date this really lovely woman.. but I couldn't even see her in movies anymore. Life is not fair. It is just not fair!

*cough*

Ok, ok. That was a bit over the top. Eh! What can I say? The memories of that truly beautiful woman are coming back in force as I write this. And that underwear shot in the photo above ain't helping me get over it at all!

I *might* have got an e-mail from Krista a few years ago but I didn't respond quickly enough and lost the address before I got around to writing her back. I wasn't sure that it was her, either. It well might not have been her. There are (too) many people on the Internet faking at being somebody else... usually a somebody hotter than they could ever be themselves. True! You know it and I know it.

Krista Errickson quit acting to pursue a career as a reporter/journalist and documentary filmmaker. She lived in Italy and became accomplished in her chosen field. She moved back to the States and worked doing whatever she did, and then in 2008 began working as a highly paid executive assistant. She made news recently when she was fired by her (female) boss (a nationally known women's rights advocate) because she was planning on getting pregnant. Huh?!
