Diana Canova

I think that most people remember Diana from her role as Corinne on the TV sitcom Soap. It was a ground breaking show that scared the censors, advertisers, and some religion nuts. Nearly all of the cast went on to bigger success after the show was canceled.

One note on SOAP... when the canceled it for being too controversial... within the year there were tons of other shows on the air that were less quality but more controversial than Soap ever was.

Diana did appeared on many shows in the 70's and 80's, and some even in the 90's. But never did she achieve the great long standing success she so rightly deserved (yes, yes, I am a fan of hers).

She was one of those fantasy women of my younger days. There were a couple of women on SOAP who rocked my little world. These were the days before Wonder-Bras... so what I liked... was all real.

She is working in plays, doing voice work for straight-to-videos, and is still quite a lovely!
