Internet Survey Programs |
|
Like a lot of people in the world today I am trying to make money, and like most of you out there I NEED to make more money than I am currently making. I began to look into making money on the Internet by taking surveys, looking for shadow shopper work, and things like that. What I ran into was spam, scam, bad faith, and lots and lots of OTHER people wanting to do what I wanted to do and trying to get me to do it too... so they'd get referral points and make money for me trying to make money. It's enough to make you want to punch somebody out. I keep reading about companies out there paying big money to people doing surveys. Supposedly some companies pay $20, $30, and $50 or more dollars to survey takers. Me, I've not found any of those companies yet. I sure hope they are out there because I could use that type of extra dough right now. What I have come across are sites that pay (or you earn points that equate to) $1 here, $2 there, and sometimes as much as $4, $5, and $7 for taking individual surveys. I discovered very quickly that getting "qualified" for surveys relates directly to your sex, your age, your race, your location, and your total household income. A person who is 25 might get more survey opportunities from sites where a 45-year-old might not be "qualified" for those surveys. It depends on the site and it depends on the survey. Like with so much in this world today... it is hit and miss. I've played about with quite a few survey sites and here are the best so far. CreationRewards is pretty good and very consistant. You can redeem at 1000 points or so which is $5 for Paypal. MyView has some good surveys and pays $1 to $5 per survey and has a Sweepstakes you get entries into. You need to get $25 in approved Myview dollars before redeeming them to Paypal; It takes a while to get them approved, months in fact, but they DO eventually pay you. I don't know if they are currently taking on new members. InboxDollars is not bad, is very easy, and I've seen no spam from them. You DO need to get your numbers up to $30 before you can redeem for money, gift cards, or whatever. That will take a LONG time if all you do is read the paid e-mails or take the occasional survey (or play games) and not sign up for trial memberships, products, or whatnot. I have no need for trial memberships and refuse to do that kind of thing. Lightspeed Panel. Not a bad one. Slow in coming on the new surveys but you can redeem to paypal at $5. You can also use the points to redeem for other things and they have a $5000 sweepstakes too. I am not sure they are taking on new people right now. American Consumer Opinion is a direct survey site. They send you an invite, you do the survey, and that is it. They send your earnings out by check per survey or you can queue up your earning. You don't get many invites but you get NO spam at all. It is worth doing because you might get one great survey. Reward TV. The reason I like this one is not for the earnings but because I get to play trivia games based on television shows and movies. They send out NO e-mails at all unless you win something. I haven't won anything yet but I have earned a lot of points. So, these are my picks for survey programs to date. Do you have any that are better, some that turned out to be complete scams, or do you have specific info about anything else of this type? If so, let me know and I'll check them out and post the results here. I'll be adding more good sites and more information on bad sites from time to time, so check back... time to time. ;)
